  1. Agenda Arising from the Minutes

    A. Vocation Campaigns

    The body agreed on the following points:

  • send their representative to join the campaign in cases they cannot make it due to unavailable circumstances;

  • designate a team leader who will coordinate with the principal/ school head

  • divide among themselves the allotted time to avoid “monopoly of time”

Each congregation is requested to submit its brief history and some pictures of their group to the ComVoc Office on or before July 29. Such activities will be compiled and hopefully will be used as presentation during assembly-type campaigns and other gatherings.

Miss Emma requested Srs. Meda, FLP (Vic 6), Beth, OSS (Vics 1 & 2), Edna, OSJ (Vic 4) and Rosa, MCSH (Vics 3 & 7) to accompany her when she visits different schools to make necessary arrangements regarding campaign schedules. Ms. Roksan expressed her group's willingness to do the same, especially when it comes with public high schools.

    B. Vocation Campfire

        Sr. Anya, RGS relayed the good feedback from their students (St. Bridget College, Batangas City) regarding the activity, in fact, according to her, they are looking forward to another campfire next year.
